What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in GBP or USD, you can change this at the bottom of the site to your home currency

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times 1-2 days uk/usa and are 5 business days excluding bank holidays for overseas deliveries 


Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at hello@thebrowgeek.co.uk


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.


Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. 

We cannot accept back any cosmetic items or brushes due to hygiene laws. 

This includes shampoo, saline, tint kits and any product that does not come sealed 

Any item that is sealed, can be returned. You are responsible for the shipping costs - and all postage costs to you will not be refunded, you have 14 days in order to return (starting on the date you received your item, and is calculated based on the UK time and date zone) 


Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order. As it is send via a fulfilment centre. After 30 minutes the order is on the system and cannot be retrieved. Courses are non refundable entirely as they are immediately fulfilled by our auto system. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at hello@thebrowgeek.co.uk
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 30 minutes. No refund will be given after the 30 minutes of incorrect submission.  This is due to us using a fulfilment centre, you are responsible for importing the correct info 


How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location, we offer shipping from UK and USA 

Items returned to us UNDELIVERED

Any items that are not delivered due to failure to collect from the courier, or no payment of customs fees etc will be refunded in full minus our costs.

We use a fulfilment centre, so we pass on their processing fees entirely, this is as follows 

POSTAGE PAID by you is non refundable, this is because we have then paid for the service 

Each SKU is subject to a fee of £2.50 to be processed, checked and added back to the system for resell, this is capped at £15. 

How long can I access my class or masterclass?

Classes and Masterclasses have different expiry dates; please check your class page for expiry dates. 

Full accredited classes are valid for 9 months, then 3 months after this for support. This is more than enough time to complete your class. This is not lifetime access. As unlike other companies we offer support at the end to ensure you are fully competent and “brow geek” ready. This cannot be extended unless you purchase a new class pass.
